1. Who we are
This website, vexaiconsulting.com, is operated by VEXAI Consulting LLC ("VEXAI", "we", "us"), a company based in the New York Metro Area, USA. You can contact us about this policy at {{ contactLine }}.
2. Information we collect
When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your full name, business email address, company name, job title, industry, primary area of interest, a description of your business challenge or opportunity, any additional information you choose to include, and confirmation of your consent.
When you book a call, the booking service collects the details you enter there. Our hosting provider may automatically record technical information when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the time of the request, for security and operational purposes. We do not currently use analytics or advertising tools. If that changes, we will update this policy.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, arrange and prepare for a discovery call, and communicate with you about a potential engagement. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.
4. Service providers
We use trusted third-party services to operate the website. They may process information on our behalf or when you use them directly:
- —Netlify, Inc. for website hosting and processing of enquiry-form submissions.
- —Cloudflare, Inc. for domain name services.
- —Calendly LLC for appointment booking.
- —Google Fonts and the unpkg content-delivery network, which serve fonts and icons to your browser and may receive your IP address when a page loads.
- —LinkedIn, YouTube, and Spotify, where our podcast episodes are published. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
5. Cookies
The website does not itself set advertising or analytics cookies. Third-party services, such as the booking tool or podcast platforms, may use cookies or similar technologies when you use them, under their own policies.
6. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we need it for an ongoing engagement or to meet a legal obligation.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted, or to stop contacting you, by writing to {{ contactLine }}. We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honour valid requests.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.
9. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States, and information you submit is processed and stored in the United States by us and our service providers.
